Government Affairs Committee

The Government Affairs Committee regularly develops, and upon board approval, implements a comprehensive strategy that enhances the image of the industry.  It also helps by educating the Arizona Legislature about the tourism industry in order to achieve Legislative success. Each year, ATA's lobbyist monitors, comments and makes recommendations on a number of bills affecting the tourism industry, thereby taking a proactive approach to ensure that all opportunities are being fully maximized.
